Bible Explorer is a free Bible study tool operated by Ontario Community Church ("OCC," "we," "our") at bible.ontariocommunitychurch.org. It provides 7 public-domain Bible translations, voice-narrated audio of Pastor Patrick reading Scripture, Strong's Concordance, cross-references, commentaries, and search.

Your notes, bookmarks, and reading history never leave your device. Bible Explorer is built so that everything personal — what you mark, what you note, what verses you bookmark — stays in your browser's local storage. We never see it. There is no account, no login, no sync, no cloud backup.

Information We Collect

We do not collect personal data. Bible Explorer requires no account, login, or registration to use any feature.

Server-side, we only see:

What Stays on Your Device Only

If you clear your browser data, all of this is erased. We cannot recover it because we never had it.

Information We Do Not Collect

Audio Bible

The audio narrations of Scripture are generated using a voice clone of Pastor Patrick Dailey, produced with Chatterbox TTS (MIT licensed) from a voice reference Patrick recorded personally. Audio files are served from our servers via HTTPS. Streaming or downloading audio does not require an account; standard server access logs (described above) apply.

Cookies

The Site uses only essential cookies for security (Cloudflare bot protection) and the Google Analytics page-view cookie. No advertising or remarketing cookies are set.

Bible Translations & Content Rights

All 7 translations available in Bible Explorer (KJV, ASV, Darby, DRC, WEB, Webster, YLT) are in the public domain. Strong's Concordance and the included commentaries are also public domain. The audio narration is the original work of Patrick J. Dailey, used by permission for non-commercial study.

Children's Privacy

Bible Explorer is family-friendly and used by readers of all ages. Because the tool requires no account and collects no personal data, it can be used by children without parental information being shared.

Data Security

All traffic to and from Bible Explorer uses HTTPS with strict TLS configuration. DNSSEC is enabled on the parent domain. Standard security headers (HSTS, CSP, COOP, COEP) protect against common web attacks. Audio file requests use referrer checks to prevent hotlinking from unauthorized sites.

Changes to This Policy
